Purchase Policy
- It should be noted that all orders initiated by customers out of California state must be above $300.
- All orders made by individuals must be age above and equal 18 years as of the date purchase is made.
- All brand resellers must fully notify agents on site to provide them detail information on their respective shipping cost and minimum product order.
- All cannabis products have undergone verifiable testing and health tests.
- International orders must be done with Cashapp or Bitcoin address for greater privacy.
Refund Policy
- All orders are processed under 24 hours.
- Refund is only applicable when orders have arrived destinations.
- Customers have a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 5 days to submit a refund complaint to us
- No refund complaint will be process after stipulated time limit.
- Customers must provide receipts of orders upon request for refund.
- Refunds take a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 30 days to process.
- All cost of refund will be the sole burden of the customer.
